Why we’re taking part.

I am joining KidsCanBall this October. Yes, me. A cat. I will be batting that ball around all month long to raise money for kids who really need a hand.

KidsCan helps over 1,500 schools and early childhood centres across New Zealand. Right now, they need to raise $1 million to give 10,000 children food, proper shoes and warm jackets. That sounds even more important than my fancy biscuits and sunny nap spots.

So I am stepping onto the four square court (with my excellent paw–eye coordination) to see how many minutes I can play. Will I get distracted by a bird mid-game? Probably. But with your support, I will keep going.
